According to The Big Book of Buds, the both parents of this strain came from good ole California to Holland in '85. Skunk#1(m) x Hindu Kush (f). Can be grown indoors or out. It got an Honarable Mention at the CC in '98.
I have had this strain from MY and I can attest that it is a couch-lock indica. Very nice strain.

Peace.
Sounds like a nice way to end the day. I think I might have to get the Big Book of Buds.

GK, it was 10 seeds/E45 last year and can hold its own with the Sensi Star and White Russians of the indica world.
Hmm...E13 for a gram, or E45 for a lifetime...hmmmmmm....

There are three editions. I'd suggest you get them all. POG is in the first.

Big Book of Bollocks more like, the info in those books is readily available via the seedbanks and some of the pictures aren't what they're supposed to be.

I feel the Big Book of Buds trilogy is well worth the money. So much good info in them and you dont have to go around to each seed company's website to view the characteristics. Only one draw back of the BBoB is that there is no alphabetical index in the book. So, if I wanted to look up say, Blueberry, then I would have to go thru each book to see if it is listed in it. Well, I didnt like that and it took too much time, so I created an index for The Big Book of Buds 1, 2 & 3.
I also have The Cannabible series (1, 2 & 3) by Jason King. I created an index for them too, even though there is a nice index in The Cannabibles. I merged the 2 indexes and printed it so I can look up a strain in the index and go right to the correct book(s), in no time. If anyone else would like to have this index to The BBoB and Cannabible series, I would be more than happy to share it with you. Peace n Bud.

Dr Chronic is a nice comprehensive site, Boner. It really is. I've never seen so many seed banks in one place.

I still find it easier to look up strains and info about those strains in a book and BBoB is an excellent series for it. Have you checked out the BBob or Cannabible series, Boner? They really are some awesome books. The books also give quite a bit of info that a seed bank does not. Personally, I really like the books. But whatever works best for you, is what you should go by.

Peace.

I had the first BBoB but the internet has all the info so I actually gave that away to a friend, I've heard good and bad things about the Cannabibles, some people say a lot of the infomation in it is wrong which is why I never bothered, it would be good to get it as a pdf file so I could check it out before buying.

The few strains I've sampled that Jason reviews in the Cannabible have been spot on. Excellent descriptions. I would recommend this book for all Cannabis consumers. He seems to be favored to Hawaiian and Californian grown strains, so some people might be put off by it. I've only got the Cannabible Collection, which is not the complete set of all three books. Here is a peak at
Cannabible 3
