Well then there's nothing to complain. I was actually surprised because I've always thought that barney's has good weed. Looks like I wasn't paying too much attention last time shopping .

Really a good shop. People say it is pricey, but about the same as other central shops. The Tangerine Dream was the best smoke of my recent trip. It had the best flavor, smell and buzz. I was talking and walking all over the shop. The tender was a cool Spanish guy, who was very informative. He sold me .3g of King Hassan just for a joint and he rolled it for me. Can't beat that, plus the vapes on each table is nice

Hey guys is there a barney's farm strain which tastes like chocolate ?
Because I grew some LSD and one of the plant didn't look like the others and doesn't taste like them either, so I was wondering that maybe we got mixed seeds...

phenotypes happen...might be a winner..and no..ive not had that one

Chocolope Haze? Chocolate flavour, but i don't think Barney sells it.. Grey area does!

Whent in, good and comfy place, vaporizers on every table, bought a gram of Nepalese Pollen, and rolled it all up with pure Super Lemon Haze in a master-joint, smoked it in two and got horribly stoned for ages : )

All the seeds came from the same pack so I think it can't be chocolope, + the flowering time would have been much longer

i always stop at the lounge.. yes it is overpriced but you can always guarantee quality at barneys.. tried the tangerine, vanilla kush and nevilles haze again last week. they were all top class smokes

over this year ive had everything off their weed menu and ive never been dissapointed. i can recall 5 different dealers on my visits and everyone of them have been very friendly and helpfull

never been in the one on Harlemmerstraat (sp?) as it always seems too busy. you can nearly always get a decent seat at the lounge

oh yea the tangerine nectar was extremely strong!! its good if you just wanna get baked, fast. but it didnt taste that great. i like my stinky flavorsome buds too much. you can buy less than a gram if you want to try it without breaking the bank

Panog, is there any chance it's a candy kush seed? (Although don't think Barneys does candy kush. That tastes like chocolate, with tangy cherry undertones, but you can taste the kush on the finish...)

I'm racking my brain for violets/chocolate. Also, white chocolate, but again, pretty sure they don't do it...

Thought I'd make a Post as I've just come from Amsterdam on Sunday the 16th, it wasn't my first trip but rather the 3rd, previous visits to the coffee shop had been good - So here is my honest review

Quality of cannabis

The quality of cannabis was great and always has been great on my other visits- nothing has changed here- the tangerine dream is a super strain hitting 25% thc levels and is a very smooth smoke-

I also bought some g13 which had a very high mind blowing effect

the caramela cream hash was very nice and very smooth- got me zombified and was excellent to smoke as the final joint of the night

I also bought some super silver haze- it was a nice smoke and recall this being my favourite strain from my last visit - I found the g13 to be better

Quality of service

My friend and myself entered the coffee shop and we were asked for photo I'd, this was like the 5th coffee shop we went to but the first to ask for I'd - we understood however my friend didn't have I'd with him but I had my driving license - so the guy said were just being safe due to new laws that will be ruling out - I can see your both ok so just remember to bring your I'd for next time- feel free to buy your cannabis and if you like to drink something you can here or next door in our cafe. Both my friend and I were like that's cool were just gonna buy some,grab a drink,have a smoke and be off within the hour - he was like cool carry on

So we bought our strains - think I spent over 50 euros on mine - my friend also bought a nice selection. I saw a guy sitting on his own on a table - 3 seats free, I continued to observe him for several minutes then decided to ask if it was ok to sit on the table- he said sure - we can even smoke together if you like, great guy buy the way - he was Italian and only just arrived

A lady worker came along to our table and asked if we wanted anything - so I bought a drink for my friend and myself and offered fedriko a drink (the Italian) but he didn't want one. I ordered 2 cafe lattes. We met 2 other guys from the uk - real cool guys who were sitting on the table behind us - we all got talking and they wanted to meet up later in the evening- then the lady worker comes over and smacks the 2 drinks on our table - It was very busy so I didn't really think much of it- the queue for the weed was long and I understood it wasn't her fault- I asked if she would like paying now or later - she said ok let me get the bill- then popped her body half way across the table to look at the menu to see what the price was - then she kept saying have a look how much the mochas are, I was like - we didn't order mochas - then the 2 lads fro the uk on the other table said that they did - the lady worker looked at me and said "why did you call me over here and say these were yours" I was like "pardon" - then she gave me a dirty look, took the drinks and went and slammed them on the other table - the 2 lads that ordered the mochas were like WTF just happened there.

We were then given our drinks but not more then 2 sips later the doorman that asked for I'd came over and had a little word with me. My friend was busy speaking to the guys on the other table discussing plans for the night - the doorman said to me "I asked you guys not to stay long because your friend has no I'd" I said "is it ok with you if we drink these hot drinks which we have just paid for and smoke our joints" he put his hands up and said " yeh yeh, that's not a problem, I'm just reminding you"

I started to observe the staff and my surroundings more and actually thought about the poll of best coffee shops which I had noted in my phone - barneys farm was NOT on the top 6-7 list, but the strains they had were great. It was so busy in the coffee shop that the lady worker was being very rude to customers that were trying to squeeze in waiting in turn to order their cannabis. There just wasn't enough room for the lady worker to get from the counter to serve the tables - as a result she shouted at everyone in her way explaining that they can't stand there as she needs to walk up and down- she said it in a very rude manner and waved her hands around moving everyone to the back of the shop and even out

IMHO is you are looking for quality cannabis and a great place to chill then go t dampkring - it's like 2 mins away- you have many places to sit - the canna is is just as good if not better and they are not RUDE

I was feeling hesitant to write this as my previous trips had not seen any issues- however after visiting the place twice on this journey - yes we went twice, the first time was when we got all the problems, despite the problems my friend insisted he wanted some more tangerine dream so we went back

I had visited the cafe a few times on my last visits and it was nice.I am very disapointed in the way we were treated.

Tough break man......maybe it was just a busy time when you were there which seemed to really have a negative impact on your experience.
