Europe's largest department store restaurant opens in Bijenkorf Amsterdam

In the famous Bijenkorf department store in Amsterdam (on Dam Square), a new restaurant will be opened.
The 'Bijenkorf Kitchen' will have 500 seats, and 9 cooking islands. The restaurant will be on the 5th floor, and have a view on the Royal Palace and Beursplein.
In addition, there will be a (smoke-free) roof terrace.
The menu will be varied, to accommodate the 129 nationalities that apparently visit the Bijenkorf.
The restaurant opens on September 9.
