Myself i am yet to try a superb UK Cheese to be honest. I have had some good ones but none that stand out (Most common strain in my area).I had some of Barneys blue cheese last visit which was very good but then i love the Blue family.
This cheisel sound very interesting i take it you cant get it in any CSs?
Nice1 :)

No real probs other than a slight magnesium deficiency which was over corrected with epsom salts and required an immediate flushing  Oddly there is a batch growing hydro right now that is more of the typical Cheese lime green color.
