Myself i am yet to try a superb UK Cheese to be honest. I have had some good ones but none that stand out (Most common strain in my area).I had some of Barneys blue cheese last visit which was very good but then i love the Blue family.
This cheisel sound very interesting i take it you cant get it in any CSs?

Not sure. I'll hafta get back on that one. I can figure out how far to go. I'll sort through the older pics and see.

lookin REALLY frosty!

have u had any probs with them? i ask as had an issue with mine with temp/humidity, had to keep it higher than i norm would!

No real probs other than a slight magnesium deficiency which was over corrected with epsom salts and required an immediate flushing :oops: Oddly there is a batch growing hydro right now that is more of the typical Cheese lime green color.
