Kinda agree, but as all the infrastructure is being built in London, if we reform our laws now we'll not need to go to the dam to smoke at the olympics!

puts a whole new meaning on the high jump....never mind the silly triathlon....we could have a trichome-athon......sadly all marathons would have to be renamed snickers too......the 200 metres coffeeshop dash where you gotta run and smoke in each coffeeshop for 200 metres in the centrum...the marathon could be the ultimate coffeeshop crawl...26 in the time the athletes run a marathon now that'd be fun

how about all in favour of:

"speding two weeks in the 'dam to avoid the stupid fucking olympics"

displacing people, building massive complexes, spending BILLIONS of pounds... for TWO weeks of bloody arhcery, table tennis and running around. What a piss take.

I watched hours and hours of the stuff. If I hadn't had to go to work, I've have watched nearly all of it. I particularly like all the unusual sports that you get early on, like the 25m air pistol and stuff like that.

Sports where almost nothing happens, great for watching when you're baked.

The weightlifting and archery was top class!! As was the rowing, and Gynastics. Usain Bolt was brilliant. Phelps needs testing for drugs  and Chris Hoy has the biggest legs i have ever seen. the pistol shooting was good, and the skeet. The taekwondo was alright too. but there were some dodgy decisions in the boxing... Loadsa punches not scoring! I also enjoyed the Opening ceremony. Fantastic. I even got up at 2.45am a couple of times to catch a bit of swimming, back to bed at 6am and up at 9am for more Olympics. I took 10 days off work just so i could watch it all...
