I was 50% successful thus far. I posted one with mostly hash and couple nice bud strains. The other has pure bud in it. Strains like White Shark, Red Diesel,Super silver haze! 2 days later the hash one had arrived. I'm still waiting on the other one!I hope it gets through cos some seriously nice bud in there!

Will let u guys know!

just got back from the dam myself. posted 3 packets, one one made it through, 5g of crystal :D , the other 2 got lost in the ether :(

got speaking to a budtender in one of the coffee shops who used to be a postman and he told me that the first thing you have to worry about is the wholesale thievery that goes on by postal workers in a-dam. he suggest to me that the majority of packages that didn't make it were grabbed before they made it to the uk. to combat this side of things he suggested the following things.

1) use birthday cards etc, preferably with a "hallmark" design on the envelope.

2) the most important thing is to make yer package as small and unobtrusive as possible. so if yer posting back grass, grind it down, put it in a baggy that is approximately the same size as yer card, and then flatten that badboy down so that when sealed the whole card is just slightly thicker that normal and there are no unusual bumps in the card. same goes for hash, he says buy some really soft hash, put it in a baggy, roll it out very thin inside the baggy and then put it in yer card.

3) he says excess sticky tape on the outside is bad, as is too much of a "baggy" feel on the inside.

naturally, these are only tips for getting past the postmen in a-dam, but i reckon if you get past them you've got a good chance of making it all together.

i noticed the supermarkets over there had big displays of cd and dvd covers, evidently for use posting back stuff to the uk. can anybody tell me what the success rate for this type of package is? my thought up to now was to subvert the dominant paradigm and use a different posting method than everybody else (i.e. not use cd cases etc) but if the success rate is higher for cd cases etc i may need to rethink my methods.

hope this helps
