Walking time from Dam Square to Mellow Yellow?

In all the times I have been to the Dam I have never hired a bike, I've done virtually every other tourist thing but have never ridden a bike.

I think I need to correct that...

I think a bike is out of the question. I mean I've nearly been knocked down a number of times by bikes and trams when on foot for not paying due attention lol. So moving around at biking speed, not a good idea.

Besides, health matters prevent me biking at the moment anyways. I dont mind getting the tram to save time if distance is to far. But these days I do love to look at the scenery around me when in other countries.

If your going with some friend you could hire one of them bikes with the big trailer thing on the front. Get them to ride whilst you toke away enjoying the scenery. Ideal :lol:

i'm guessin' about 20 minutes also,
me an a few friend's walked from leidseplein 2 mellow yellow
an that's didn't take that long at all..

The trailer on that bike sure looks a good idea to get a few beers and munchies back to the hotel! lol.

20 - 25 mins in a normal state of mind.

25 - 30 mins in a ' i just smoked some orange haze from MY ' state of mind.

30mins - the entire day if your in the ' Im shrooming my tits off ' state of mind.
