Really any of the large tins (They sell different sorts) like at B&Q. Have used the campin gas at argos b4 but it seems to taste a bit funny with that.
There is a particular chemical put in some i will find out what it is, this chemical is whats in campin gas at argos but not the ones at B&Q.
I have it written down somewhere (Typical stoner)
Nice1 :D

A good test is to take a mirror and spray a good portion on the mirror. If there is a white residue then it is crap. If there is no or very little residue then it is the one to use. You really will notice a difference by using a good quality butane. Years ago there was a list somewhere of the good brands..

and a regulator (butane ones at the bottom) http://www.calortoolbox.co.uk/acatalog/ ... lator.html

I cant see any reason why not, and its better for the enviroment as i'm not chucking out 6 empty butane cans every time i make some.
Just make sure it's clean (and I do mean NO additives at all)

E2A - Maybe I should just read the thread in it's entirity before spewing advice. Still stands though :D

I know I am a new member and it takes time to build trust but it slightly pained me (no offense please) reading some of the replies about BHO. I just want people to do it the cleanest way possible.

First I will say that there are two types of butane. There is isobutane and N-butane. The n-butane is usually the contaminate free butane and is the one that you want to buy! (isobutane is not nearly as clean) The best and only butane I will use to make BHO is made by Colibri, because it is 99.98% free of impurities (i.e. its really clean). Most butane's that are sold are isobutane, so please watch out. Isobutane is a derivative of N-butane and contains many impurities, thus making it not good to make BHO with.

For extraction it is best to use a stainless steel turkey baster, as plastic will eventually leech out impurities that can contaminate one's honey oil (esp. if the plastic is old)

http://www.amazon.com/Hoffritz-Stainles ... B00004RHRK

This link is to the actual turkey baster that I have and use, it works great. Yes it gets cold so just wrap some cloth around it to protect your hand.

As for the other necessary accessories I used zip ties because you can buy a shit load of them for cheap and fine stainless steel mesh to go over the end.

The last bit of BHO that I made was made with blueberry goo. BHO is really strong so just know your limits because if you go crazy with it you will whitey.

The last thing that I will mention is in reference to what someone said about the best way to smoke it. There are a lot of different ways to smoke it and all of them will get you blazed, but the most effective way that I have smoked it was to take a drop or two of the honey oil and place it into a spoon. I have a propane torch so I light it and turn it down to low. Next get a straw, preferably a long one, (you don't want to be really close to the torch). Hold the straw in your mouth and grab the spoon. Now hold the spoon and hover it over the torch when the oil starts to smoke and bubble inhale from the straw with all you got. It hits like a vaporizer. :D

4 hits did me in. (granted it was made with blueberry goo which is fantastic by the way)

I know this post is old but i hope to get some positive responses back. Good luck everyone!

Its all fun but dont smoke whilst using gas

WHAT HE SAID /\/\/\

SERIOUSLY. BE FUCKING CAREFUL. ONE WRONG MOVE AND UR IN TROUBLE!!!
Too right!

I know that you guys do this outdoors, and that is a good thing.

To any newbies: NEVER make BHO indoors!!!

Any kind of spark, whether static electricity, one from any electronic device, a cell phone, the furnace pilot light, etc, can cause a massvie explosion.

Last week there were two incidents, here, where people blew up their homes. One of them lived in flats and now all the other flat owners have to find new homes. The goofs also have severe burns to their bodies.

Explosions (whilst making BHO) are a common occurance, here. I don't know why these idiots don't get it? (butane, you know, like in lighters, NAH, that stuff would NEVER be flammable!! :D )

If the only damage happend to the idiots making the oil, then that may be a reasonable "tough love" way to go.

Unfortunately, the twats, from last week, fucked up their entire building, so the other flat owners are out of a home, by no fault of their own.

I can get behind "The thinning of the herd" mentallity. But, for me, the field is whole lot wider than "the pot field". Let's add, anyone who watches Fox "News", or reads the New York Post, the previous Republican Party Administration,......Wait, the list is way too long. :D

By the way, your oil looks more like ISO oil. Is it ISO or BHO?
