Hey everyone, i'm really sorry i never quite finished this report. I've had a lot of stuff happenin over the past couple of weeks, most of it unexpected. Anyway i booked a two night trip on the ferry for just myself and was in the dam on Wednesday to clear/cloud my head. Anyway, I do plan to finish the trip report, just for completeness more than anything. But in the meantime, here's some pictures of some of the weed (both trips). Will have some more close-up pics of them to follow at some point, just don't have time to upload them now. Enjoy :D

It wasnt a camera exactly. I bought the Veho USB Microscope (20-200x) of amazon. Its only got a 1.3mp camera, but the photos seem alrite and you can take video as well. Its less than £45, definitely value for money if you like getting up close and personal with what your smoking and are on a very tight budget like me. Btw im pretty sure the one firebox are selling is exactly the same but slightly more expensive.
Hope this helps :)

I was wondering, whether people preferred the pictures with the microscope light on or the natural light? I personally think i like the natural light ones better but its harder to take the pictures when ive got to sort out all the angles to get the natural light at the right brightness without shadow. Anyway, just a side thought for in future.
Hope you all like them, but the pics are only a fraction as good as smoking them was. :D

Nice pics, the buds looks fantastic, and a great trip report ta boot!

From looking at the microscope snapshots, it looks like most, if not all of the trichomes, are immature. Growers in the U.S. typically harvest when 3/4 of the trichs are amber in color. Also, the Dutch growers are looking to "pump" out the buds and get them to market, before they're properly cured, which shows in the overall flavor and effects.

Great effort overall!
