Have you visited the 'Dam yet?
I would suggest a visit first.
It is possible to find a job and make it. If you only speak english that will limit your options. If you learn some dutch that will help.

Mary J has never been legal in Holland. You need to do more homework.

Well I like Nederland's relaxed pot laws and everyone seems to get along fairly well even in the bigger cities, but the lack of constant sunshine would kill me. Plenty of great weed here, sunshine and mountains. There was a news program that aired recently regarding the medical marijuana situation in Colorado, Boulder specifically. I guess the grey area in the law is that all you need is a doctor's approval to get medical marijuana, not just a card. There are growers who are providing for a limited amount of people. We only have one shop though. I tried some of the strains and wasn't that impressed. It would be nice to toke up in a cafe with a cup of coffee though.

oh man.
you best get your priorities straight before you be setting off and setting up shop someplace you've never been to before.
i suggest go for a holiday first and check it out, maybe make some connections....then go back home and think about what you really want to do..
