Parking In A'dam

Post by adamreid1 »

Looked for a while but couldn't find a topic on this, so here goes.

Me & 7 mates are taking a trip to the Flying pig (uptown or downtown, haven't decided yet) in June, and were planning on driving in 2 cars.

I've researched a bit, and the only parking soloution I can find is to pay 158 Euros for a week, even though we're only going for 3 nights. Is there anywhere on the edge (or centre) of town we can park safely for cheaper/free?

Help appreciated

you can park at the Ajax stadium, which is not in the centre, but it will only cost you 5€/24h......the only problem is, you will have to drive out and in everyday, otherwise you will pay much more. still better than parking in the centre for 160€ or more. in the 5€ fee are two tickets for the tram, so I think its the best possibility you have. we always do it when we visit. its safe since there are always securities and cameras in there.
