Disappointment - No Sour D in Dam!?

Yup its true, spent 3 days looking for it when I was out in Dam. I had a list of diff CS & strains to try. It so happens that I could not find any sour diesel for love nor money. Even walked in a few coffeeshops I had no intention of buying from just to look at the menu. Must say I was greatly disappointed.

As well as this Barney's no longer do the NYC Diesel I have grown to love over the years. They have an imitation strain Red Diesel- which smells alot like the NYC... but unfortunately does not kick like it once did! I asked the budtender what happened and he said he didn't know,because alot of coffeeshops were closing maybe thats why I couldn't find it.

Try Kadinsky, their NYCD is tasty, but not as potent as some others I've tried. Dampkring sometimes carry a nice NYCD. Homegrown Fantasy did have banging Sour Diesel in may.

NYCD Damkring always have a fine NYCD and so did 420 Cafe on all my previous visits, unfortantly dont know if they have any currently in stock.

Sour D always bought mine from Betty Too, tbh i always thought it was quite a easy herb to find. I just always got mine from Betty Too as ive never had complaints of quality, but keep in mind this could just be total luck of being there the same time as a good batch.

Well I must say u guys extremely lucky. No NYCD left at Dampkring on Harlemstraat.

TBH Betty too slipped through my radar and didn't make any of my lists for best weed or best chillout atmosphere! Its kool cos going back out to Dam next either next week or week after...jeez I just can't get enough!!!lol

hunters/coin had some sour d on my last visit.. although i dont think it was sour d to be honest.

also you may find a version of chemdawg at amnesia called top dawg.. and i think greenhouse may have some chemdawg or a version of it around too...

If thats the case I'm an idiot! I stayed at the Hotel Cornerhouse, which is about as close to Homegrown Fantasy as you can get! But again, it did not make my list for weed or chillout so I never once went in despite walking past everyday!

*Writes it down on list for the next Dam trip in BOLD letters* lol

The Rokerij chain also have Sour Diesel at €10/g. Was good and is on their standard menu. Hope it helps

I'm afraid that was my standard first night search! From Rokerij my initial list I had was Sour D,NYC D & Laughing Buddha. I only came away with Laughing Buddha & Malika Halua Hash cos Sour D no longer being sold and NYCD no where near as nice looking buds or smell as I'd previously had from Barneys before!

Anyone who is out there please keep your eyes peeled as I've been waiting almost a year to sample it to find when I get there can't find shit!

sorry to hear that. Bluebird had some Sage and Sour Diesel (€12.50 for 1.5g) at the beginning of the month, but i have to say i found it quite average.

Cant recomend 420 Cafe enough when it comes to NYCD.

IM wit you on this Betty is the place for SAGA or Sour D why? its here Tchseed best strains end up!
