I like that fealing of "am I about to lose it" being on the edge it adds to the effect I think!

Absolutely no doubt that a trip can be a fantastic rush with the right people in the right surroundings and the right circumstances. Good mood means better chance of a good trip. Just wouldn't do it on holiday.

It's hard enough sometimes to know what you're doing or where you're going when you're in a familiar place without going to Amsterdam with all its side streets and canals.

 Full credit to those who have done it in the Dam and come through unscathed.

Never heard of any magic mushrooms called Truffels, but what you are describing sounds a lot like Philosopher Stones. If they are the same, I would tell you to forget the "Truffels" and buy some Hawaiian or Mexican shrooms. Enjoy.

I had Dried Mexican shrooms. (In Dam) I've never done them before, and never done anything other than smoke up. I tripped my nuts off majorly for about 3 hours, before freaking out a bit and then coming down. I've seen on the charts that the Mexi aren't all that strong, i didn't have strong visuals, but i was seeing things no doubt about it!
Not sure why they hit me so hard when others say they were light, but i'd reccomend these, definitely for someone trying for the first time. For anyone who is doing them for a first time, as i was not long ago. You will see it a lot and i can emphasise the point. Make sure you are in a place you feel confident being in just to get you started, if you feel you can/need to adventure further into the outside world.. go for it! Just have fun!!
