You dont rate basjoe or siberia man? I've always felt very welcome and chilled out in Picassos.

Dutch Flowers does have a shitty rep regarding the guy the works there. But ive been many times and not had a problem. I did however see someone working there stress out at a customer ( american i think.) Which made me feel uncomfortable and i finished my smoke and left, but that wasnt directed at me so don t know if it counts as a bad experience.

All are nice places. Neither have terraces by canals for people watching. Dutch Flrs and Amns dont play music to loud. Both have decent weed. I am always treated well at both places. Your experience may vary. It was only my opinion.

but Amnesia is the shit. sorry to say that, but I have never experienced such an unfriendly coffeeshop. even bushdoctor was friendlier....
I agree and Dutch Flowers doesn't have a good reputation as being the most friendly place either.
i used to love amnesia. a few years back they had some mk ultra that was unreal. the shops change. you've got to keep up with it.

I remember those days and that weed very well, the last time we went (the wife & I) we were treated pretty poorly, we ordered some drinks and watched people (regulars) come in and get served their drinks before us, the quality of the weed the last couple of visits hasn't been good or worth the high prices they charge.

MH - Basjoes have outdoor seating.

Your opinion is probably alot more valid than mine on the subject of coffeeshops man! I see what your saying now about the terraces, esp. DF that shops in such a beautiful part of town. Sitting on their terrace with a joint and a cold drink on a sunny day must be pretty close to getting what the coffeeshop scene is really about.

i am not saying your opinion is wrong, just wanted to add that we have been treated very bad there when we went. And I know we are always friendly, we try to never complain about a thing and in most other shops we get a friendly waiter/waitress with this behaviour. at amnesia we bought some of their weed and I asked him if my girl could take a picture of the menu......he told us no, and only one man (I would say FlyByNite from the way he spoke about him) was allowed to take pictures from the menu, but in a very bad way. other small things happened, which makes me not to visit this shop in the near future.
I hope you get what I mean, and I think you remember our behaviour from our meeting, I dont think we behave too bad ;)
