Dollar rises to 2-year record level against Euro

The US Dollar has gone below USD 1.30 to the Euro today, the lowest level of the Euro in 2 years.

A few months ago, the dollar hit USD 1.60 to the Euro, and it was expected that the dollar might fall even further.
The reverse has happened, which makes travelling to Europe for Americans almost 20% cheaper than in July of this year.

Thank you.......My 25th year married in Dec. She has not smoked in a number of years, but knows what I like. She saved for this trip for a long time and gave it to me on my birthday in July. "59" She said I should go and have fun before I get too old for the trip. I am going alone in Feb for 10 days, I do love that lady.........

Thats capitalism. Exchange rates rise and fall. I used to get over 140 Euros for every 100 GBP. Now I'm lucky to get 120. Such is life mate, get used to it.
