72hrs in the Dam for me birthday!!! 25th - 27th October

First off sorry for the late post ppl, lost my notebook when i got back and only found it today..yesterday...oh i cant remeber!!!
Anyways! my missus was kind enough to book us a trip for the weekend of my big 30!
Day 1
I'm not gonna bore use with the getting to Central Station as it was trouble free all the way from london!
we arrived at about 10 in the morning and headed straight to the meeting point for the apartment Bar pimpelmee on Warmoesstraat to drop off our bags as they were holding them untill 3pm for the checkin! From there we headed for our first port of call the 420, we always go here first as the missus loves the SSH and i like there Nev's Hze A gram of the SSH for the missus, the Nev's didnt look all that and the nice budtender advised it was an old batch and a fresh one was in the next day! just in time for my birthday!!!! He advises that there NYCD is a good crop so i grab a gram of that! We order some drinks and sit opposite the bar, even thou u guys have advised on were its ok to smoke, we still felt like we needed to ask b4 mixing the tobacco into the j's! but just as i was approaching the bud counter to ask the fella, he stood up and lit a ciggie!!! i asked if it as all ok to mix n he said, i quote " we dont care!!!"
The SSH was upto its usual par,smooth with a lovely aroma! now the NYCD was really nice, fruity, which i wasnt expecting! but had that diesel kick!
After a couple of j's each we decided to head off for a walk towards barneys, i was told by a pal to go into the prix dami and try there fishermans friend! but when entering they had a turnstyle that u had to pay at to get in!!!! we thought it was abit suspect so decided to leave it and carry on towards barneys, we werent intending to actually go there but just seems to head that way was we left the 420!
On making it as far as Greenhouse Seeds, we decided to rest our feet and went in, a quick look at the menu and i notice the NTB, have to get a gram of that! the missus gets a gram of Amnezia hze and we sit down to roll one, waiting for one of the waitresses to come to the table and serve us which didnt happen, they seemed to go round al the other tables apart from ours so we finnished rolling the j's and left!
We ended up walking to Grey Area, we wanted to go in here but it still was packed to the rafters with a q out the door!! so we headed back towards Damrak feeling alttle hungry and alittle stoned, we decided to have some fast food intake in the form of BKing! was actually nice for once!!
With our bellies full and in need of another j, we headed towards the greenplace as everone was raving about it on here, well thanks guys, this has to be the place to smoke from now on!!! green...GOOOD!!! service...GOOOD!!! smoking area...THE NUTS!! my new top spot to toke away!! We order sum drinks and went straight into their smoking room out the back and smoked some of the NTB and A hze from Greenhouse. we ended up staying here till 3 were we rushed back to the bar to meet our guy for the apartment. we made it just as he was about to leave!
Well the apartment was the mutts nuts! we were on the first floor and the stairs were the same as home! i kid u not! its the first time ive ever been to dam and not had to mission to my bed!!!! the only thing i would say about the place was the no smoking in the apartment rule, the balcony was fine, and prob would be in the summer, but it was FREEZING last weekend so wasnt too good! still everything else about the place made up for it!!
we had afew j's there and by about 6ish we were hungry again! the missus really wanted a wok to walk so we headed to the one just passed the 420 towards HomeGrown Fantasy,i got talking to the man who served us behind the counter and found out his brother owned the one in soho! were id eaten not two days b4!
then off to HGF, on arrival i did the usual of looking at the menu, i already knew what i wanted before i opened the folder, but to my dismay the CHEESE was "sold out!!!" NOOOOOOOOOO!!! After being greeted by the budtender, i asked if it was due in soon to which she said oh its just come in!!!! a bag of that for me, the missus opts for a bag of snow white ( for old times sake! i did a LONG stint of this back in the day!!). We order some drinks and sit down to roll one up, cheese was really heavy, just how i like it! and the snow white wasnt good! way below standard, it didnt look all that to begin with, but like i said, it was more for old times!
I had to get more cheese so bought another 2 bags! We then headed home, but on the way seemed to end up stopping in the 420! only to be greeted by the same budtender as before, who said the new Nev's had just come in, 2g please! We smoked some of that and afew more, cant remember what as my hand writing in my note book isnt readable!
All i can remeber is that i woke up the next day with not alot left from the day b4!
Days 2 (my Bday!!!) and days 3 to follow!!!
