Salute to all Vets
I just wanted to shout a BIG THANK YOU to all those men and women who have served their country and lived to tell about it. Today (Nov 11) is Veteran's Day in the usa, which is the reason for this post. From one vet to another, WELCOME HOME and I salute you. Salute!
Peace n Love.

What gets me though...and i notice this on a daily basis in London...is how much of a lack of respect the younger generation give our elders.....not everyone...so please dont all think i'm stereotyping young people.....i just think now, if you were to be asked to go through what they did....with th resources they had......you would not last 5 secs!
Rule Britannia
I think this is typical, not just the "current" younger generation. On a similar note, I read that youth violence was greater in the 1950s, but reporting of it has gone up exponentially.TokeOnThat wrote:What gets me though...and i notice this on a daily basis in London...is how much of a lack of respect the younger generation give our elders.....not everyone...so please dont all think i'm stereotyping young people.....i just think now, if you were to be asked to go through what they did....with th resources they had......you would not last 5 secs!
