Been watching some of it, but missed that.
Isn't it good to see American Cops portrayed as actually having sensible ideas welcome in this age.
The cop seems to be fully expecting a legislation for medicinal marijuana, and has a very good idea to go with it.
Really completely different from what I was expecting.

Careful. Don't confuse Mendo with the rest of America. They are different places (philosophically).
In fact, America is a big place and there are lots of pockets resisting what you might casually consider "american".
