But if you made it to the EXPO at the left of the stage is why I wasn't available for the first week I was there. I carved the big sculpture and gave it to the Greenhouse for winning the Cup. Arjan was a very surpruised and wondered why I did it. He treated me and my friend with me very well at his coffeeshop. My money wasn't any good there and he surprised us with enough smoke from the vault to keep us stupid for the next few days that we were there. The five gram limit went right out the door. Since my friend liked the weed more Arjan outfitted him with Strawberry haze, White Hawiian Haze, I can't remember everything else plus drinks food and Strain Hunters DVD. I opted out for Hash. Arjan didn't fail me either with his choices for me. Even a chunk of the Isolator along with Nepalese Polm, Morracan Polm. ect.ect. The last night there we stopped into Barney's Farm and had the pleasure of meeting Derry and having a personal grow seminar and BS session with him before I let him know that I was the one that carved the sculpture he received from me last year for winning. He wants me to contact him when I get back in the Spring. It's all coming together now after about $7000 out of pocket to go and carve for the Cup for the past couple of years. It's an investment to me. Tax deductible trip to promote the extreme art form which I obsess over. But like jello there is always room for toking. I'll be back around 4/20 before going to Berlin to compete but if you're in amsterdam let me know. I might be carving some of those stumps left in Vondel park before the end of next year. Working on that now. All that I have done so far is starting to look like a good investment in the Cup and I might even get work out of it. Matter of fact I did acquire a commission in Birmingham, England with the Big Budda Seed Co. Got to figure out a trip schedule to get there this coming year. Michigan medical marijuana law goes into effect today. I feel as though I need medicated or I'm coming down with symtoms which require medical assistance. I hope to be back in the Dam in August but I'll most likely be out on the coast north of Vandvoort. Can't wait to see what the ladies of The Netherlands look like with a lot less clothing. Kinda like being in the Red Light District all day everyday. Goddamn I love my job. Thank you my Dutch Carving friends and can't wait to come back and play again soon. Off to central Mexico in thirty days for a wedding and carvng for the elementry school of my friends daughters. Imagine that they have changed their wedding date to my birthday so we will have plenty to party for. Should get to visit a wellestablished outdoor growing plot in Jaliisco also the capitol of Tequila manufacturing too.
