But surely it'd be woth the "risk", trying a random cafe. If it's really good, then you could make it your regular. If not, it's only a couple of dollars down the drain.

you know its like finding a unicorn....

but no joke corporate america has taken over and it does feel like the independents are very few and far between.

I know what you mean, it's very similar in the UK. Well... London especially. There are still some independant places which seem to do well, and they're more frequent than would be expected for such an industrial city, but it's still pretty bad.

The only time I have gone into Starbucks was to help my buddy steal Mugs. We just walked in and grabbed about 5 or 6 each and then we blew them up with fireworks. tho we where really stoned at the time and where watching something about big corporate businesses before it happened. lol.
