Does anyone know wht this strain was named after?

The actual translation "the handsome one" (apparently)
or
Bas Rutten a dutch mma fighter with the nickname El Guapo
or
The 3 amigos thing?

El Guapo is a coffeeshop in Amsterdam. Personally I've not heard of this strain, but anything to do with the coffeeshop?

Just looked and its name is ElGuapo special so i suppose the name comes from the coffeeshop, change of Q then,
