Are any coffee shops open on New Years day?

I'm a little nervous that as a national holiday, that I'm going to be out of luck when it comes to coffee shop crawling on my last full day in Amsterdam. Anyone know if there are any shops open?

Phew! Thanks man. Got a little scared there when I read in a guide book that most shops/restaurants are closed on Jan 1st.

Expect them to open a little later than usual man, its one crazy night NYE over there.

just had a little panic attack when i read the title, i didnt even think for a minute they wouldnt be open....
