Anyone stayed here? Whats it like? Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

I love the Rho and have stopped there many times but sadly they've gone 100% no smoking, the windows do however open and if I stopped there again I'd smoke a crafty joint out the window.

Having placed my towel by the door and prised my window open, I'll smoke away like a trooper.
