My problem is unfortunately for me I cannot walk far as I would like. I have recently been ill.
What trams stop near or go rear to. From Central station.
Your advice is much appreciated.

all of them.
the locals may disagree, but from a tourist point of view (thats you and me), everything you need is well with the borders of the map on this site.
all tram lines start, finish or pass through central station. theres tons of tram stops immediatly out front. from there you can get to and from anywhere you need.
by a day ticket, and you can use them as much as you want.... easy.

Most of the trams go to & from central station some (3 & 10 come to mind) go left to right (as you look at the map).

Most tram stops have good clear route maps as well so it is pretty easy to work out which tram you need to get to your destination. If you think you are going to be using the tram a couple of times it is well worth grabbing a 'strippenkart' as it is much better value and makes it easy to jump on and off trams.
