You will nt be able to sell any bud on the premises or it would fall under dealing which is not tolerated by the dutch authorities at all. A bar would be subject to you achieving an alcohol lisece presumably.

Renting does not mean u aquire the lisence it means you own a a property.

So to answer your question not possible, .

Peace.

How did PF change hands then ???????????
I think it is because De Dampkring already ran 2 successful shops, so they had a license to operate and the council had faith in them to run a safe and efective shop.
My thoughts exactly, its a bit different than a random uk lad asking for a lisience with no previous experience of running a cs.

zootman
it was actually kept reasonably quiet somehow...i not sure how either because nearly everyone over 18 in lancing that blazes used it, and it's got a website www.holeinthewallcafe.co.uk

it was well sick for the time it lasted

not anymore tho. now lancing will be even more of a shit hole than it already is
Cool beans there's a UK cafe! :)

Zootman, I noticed you posted the above on the 11th, but on the koffeeshop forum there are people who posted on the 12th Dec who say the shop is open again. Does anyone know if it's open now?

I think it's hilarious that they've fortified it to prevent police from using a tractor to knock it down!!
