They must be talking about a different Amsterdam then the one I live in. I cannot find anarchy anywhere. I went out and looked today. The coffeeshops are still open and you can still get a S&F for 50 at any number of windows in all 3 red light districts. I wonder where they were talking about?

Why would any established black market be happy with legalisation? It would just mean sanctioned competition and therefore a lowering of profits.
Really not good for business, especially as your competitor could go to the authorities if you send the 'boys' round for a 'polite business discussion'.
