(apologies for the use of the word "cunt", if any one is offended by the word cunt, im sorry but no word seems to suit this cunt better then the word cunt).
Could you add ANN COULTER to that list. She is a bitch. Everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie. I do not know how she has any supporters even from the right side/

Ah yes, Bill 'O The Clown. Watching the show, you would think that Mr. O'Reilly is responsible for researching and writing the pieces such as this one, and that he is well versed in the topic.

Think again.

O'Reilly has producers, many producers, who are largely responsible for the content of his show. The way it typically works on a program such as this is as follows: either the producers "pitch" an idea, or O'Reilly comes across an topic or subject that he feels would interest his viewers and be good for his ratings. The producers of the show do the vast majority of the "leg work", checking out the topic, researching it, and writing the piece. O'Reilly, for the most part, is a talking head.

Take a close, critical look at the O'Reilly Factor piece that is the subject of this thread. It's long on bluster, drama, opinion, and sexy catch-phrases, but appallingly lacking in the journalistic mainstays of cited sources, noted authorities on the subject, or an opposing point of view. Classic Bill 'O The Clown.

The fact that O'Reilly is not at all well versed in the subject matter of his show is evident in this clip, when Bill asks U.S. Representative Barney Frank, Chair of the House Financial Services Committee, onto his program to discuss the meltdown of the financial markets and the U.S. economy:

Pay attention to what happens when Congressman Frank attempts to bring facts and relevant information into the disucssion; O'Reilly goes ballistic. Since he has absolutely no knowledge of the subject other than what he is being fed by his producers (indeed, he waves the highlighted script in front of the camera as if it is irrefutable proof), he must shout Barney Frank down in order that Mr. Frank cannot present fact and opinion, and show Mr. O'Reilly for what he truly is; an aimless talking head who is little more than a script monkey.

The more you watch Bill 'O The Clown, the more of this type of thing you'll see. I used to become pretty agitated with old Bill until I realized just what he's all about. Now, I view him with a healthy amount of humor and laughter, in the same manner that I view my Saturday morning cartoons.

Critically thinking,

Not news...its opinion

O'Reilly isn't a news show. Its an opinion show. He doesn't hide that. They are just pandering to the base that pays their bills like any channel does. This isn't how they reported the story on the news show on FNC. The ones you should really be mad at are the idiot conservatives in the Netherlands that are trying to enforce the law and use the same propaganda that O'Reilly uses to do it.
