NYE in Amsterdam
The place to ring in 2009 is Amsterdam. In addition to every major club, minor club, neighbourhood bar and main street or square in the city,
New Year’s Eve (Oud en Nieuw) will be celebrated in full glory on the Dam Square.
The Staatsloterij and the City of Amsterdam have come together for the second time to put on a massive New Year’s Eve event in the heart of the city.
Festivities start around 22:30 and include performances by major Dutch artists and a spectacular fireworks display at midnight.
