only once a year for me (though I wish I could afford more)
... it's like a pilgrimage :D to my mecca,
Holland is a treasure to me,
Cost? ... about $769 air, $100 hotel, ?$ weed,
I think I am worth that
I must admit that I'm jealous of my UK and Europe mates,
its so much closer for them, not so expensive to get there.
Then again, it's alot more expensive for my mates in Asia, Africa, South America and Australia I think
As for you who are living there, well all I can say is I am thankful for your very very rich blessings
Enjoy your amazing good luck

Too funny, Rob.

Myself, I'm a Respiratory Therapist.
I can't do that with my job, I have a stupid title anyway, I just say I work in IT and leave it at that.

Rob I know your job, but DHBlues, can't work that one out Breath Counsellor? lol
A little more complicated than that, but yeah. The biggest part of my job is managing the patients on ventilators in the ICU.

Oh it's not an interesting one, it's just stupid - Service Desk Analyst. Apparently I analyze service desks all day. Why not say IT support? Why give it a stupid name? Does it make me feel impressive when I tell people what I do? No it makes me feel like a stupid corporate clown. So I say IT, and if they question me further I add 'Support'.

Work is work, and while I may enjoy it when I'm there, I don't get paid to think about it when I'm not there.

yep can appreciate that, had a simliar title a few years back was called
"customer support analyst" most folks said it sounded like i worked for tesco's or similar lol
interesting to see some of the titles in the IT world most are devised to inflate ego's than anything else, I had the word analyst in a few of my early roles LONG before I considered myself anywhere near that kind of status.
