Maps at the ANWB website. Noord-Holland Zuid is the one.

I can't find the online retailer that I ordered from but google the title of the map and hunt for something you can work with.

Remember that bablefish.yahoo.com is your polyglotic friend.

Camping Zeeburg is the bomb if you like the laid back festival vibe... The have some really cheap camping huts that are really cosy for only 30 euros a night. 10 mins on the new tram. Its like hippy central when you arrive and everything is there, shop, bar/cafe, even a little 'farm' (some goats and a couple of sheep). Most of the staff are sporting large spliffs and that gives you a good idea of the general ethos of the site. Vliegenbos on the other hand is like a regimented mini army camp, run by a right fascist. Great having to get the free ferry over the river to get to and from the centre though!

I've camped at Zeeburg a number of times over the last 5 yrs and find it a welcoming friendly place with a good atmosphere and reasonably priced.
Can be a bit noisy and is busy at peak times. They put on films, bands and the shop has most you will need.
From Dam Square take the 14
the 7 tram goes there too from slotterpark via the south side of the city ie leidesplien etc

You can take either one but 26 is a new tram line thats gets you there MUCH quicker and it is much easyer to find from the 26 stop. On the 26 it takes about 10 mins from Central station. The 14 takes almost double that time.

As I said the 26 tram is new. And your fastest route. The 7 and the 14 will both get you to camping Zeeburg, just from a different direction.

Thats good news I wasn't aware of the 26
Where does it stop, at Flevopark where the 7 and 14 terminate?

On the map it terminates at the end of haven eiland and for the campsite you get out at the first stop after piet heintunnel then walk the rest.
Info is from the campsite website and the GVB website not from experience.
Nice1 :)

wagonettes

Kermit is of course correct. You get off tram 26 first stop after going through the tunnel. The camp site is about a 5-10min stroll from there.

I have just had the pleasure of staying in one of there new wagonettes ( http://www.campingzeeburg.nl/index.php?page=wagonette ) the other week and wanted to recommend them here as it has to be some of the cheapest and best accommodation in Amsterdam. For 40 euros a night (peak season) you can score a brand new 'gypsy caravan', with a gorgeous view. Simple, warm and cosy, with your own veranda. You can even download vouchers from Iamsterdam for a free French breakfast with a hut or wagonettes booking.

I love this laid back campsite...
