best weed to smoke for a noob

i took my dad out there not so long back for his first time and threw him in at the deep end with a volcano of neviles haze. It took him by suprise but he delt with it like a trooper so it all depends on what u can handle.He just giggled laughed out loud and stated he had never been so happy. its all down to the indevidual really. enjoy

Having asked about the best CS near Paradiso (thanks very much for all the replies x) I'm now a bit concerned as I won't have smoked for a while before I go (I smoke very little now because of work, perhaps every two months or so).
Was hoping to score something before I went but my ex-dealer has stopped dealing and won't help. Trying to find something elsewhere but not much luck at the moment.

In the past when I haven't smoked for a couple of months or so I can get a bit nauseous and deathly white (as well as needing a urgent no. 2!!!).

Any tips as to how to avoid this or best weed to buy in Noon or MY which might not cause me to feel this way?

I'll be arriving in Dam late morning and going to the hotel near Noon and MY. Would like to have a smoke and then maybe an afternoon siesta before going to the concert in the evening.

Here's a couple of suggestions for ya:

Avoid bananas, because they will induce a number 2. Drink water as you toke, and don't toke excessively. Wait 10 minutes between each puff.

if noon/my will be your first stop, then try their Jamaica first, and then get yourself something like the Orange Haze, which will give you a nice up-high
