Getting caught red handed is one thing. But getting persecuted for a picture just is not right.

I am 100% on your side mate. the problem about him is, he is a person of public interest, which makes it harder for the police NOT to react to such a picture than it would have been with someone "normal".
I wish him good luck and hope there is still a bit of reason in the people.

I really dont get it

This guy is an American/World Legend. He achieved the, semingly, unachievable. He dedicated years of his life, thousands of hours in the pool. The same in the Gym.
He is a well spoken and intellegent adult. More than able of making his own desisions.
If he feels that smoking bowls from a very nice roor is just the way to kick back and relax, who are we/them to hav a pop.
If ever evidence was needed to prove that people who smoke maryjane do not have to waste thier lives sitting on thier couch ( see documentary

) then this surely is that example and more.

South Carolina is part of the deep south.

WTF???? they can´t be serious about that.......f*ckin´ right wing bastards!

and phelps.....this guy won 8 gold medals, he apologized for his behaviour, the IOC accepted it, his trainer says it´s good to have him back in training and it´s just a mistake from phelps.
if he get´s charged for that picture he would loose sponsors, licenses and so on. he´s a great sportsman, that would be a great loss!

Eight people arrested! WTF!!!! The owner of the bong was not even at the party and still got arrested! WTF!!!!!! This sheriff has to have his 15 mins of fame and is ruining lives while he is doing it. What an atrocity!
