I love this stuff back home but I've never seen it in dam anywhere, does anyone know if you can get it in smartshops or anywhere in the centre?

Nitrous=hippy crack. Well that's what we used to call it. Why would you bother looking for this stuff when you can do bong rips?

I like to have some of it around when I'm on shrooms/truffles as bad trip repellent. Guess there isn't any then?

there is loads about in dam...... just ask in smart shops/head shops.

one place that does it for sure is on kerk straat.

its in a smart shop, between happy feelings and the hans brinker hostel.

you can do it in the shop, or take away. they also have matting and pillows in the street out front, if you fancy doing it al freco (probably a sumer thing only)

because they are totally different to bong rips & can send you to another world if you already happen to be peaking on a trip

Anyone know more current info as to the status of this sort of thing? I'd love to find a smart shop that sells balloons. Last time i was in town i stayed right up the street from the smart shop in the picture but i never thought to go inside. It wasn't a warm time of year and thus there were no whippet crashlanding cushions out front to entice me in.

Does anyone know if they (or any other smart shop) still does this?

Indeed, you don't want to be standing up for a laughing gas hit, or you WILL fall over and hurt yourself. Thats what its designed for!! Its what they use to knock people out for dental operations.

I tried it for the first time on Queensday last year, with a friend who knew the deal. 2 balloons, one after the other, holding them as long as possible. For about 10 seconds, you won't know where you are, or even WHAT you are. If you do it right, you lose all connections with reality. I can remember seeing a blue sky through tunnel vision, and my hearing fading away to a muffled silence. If you take a smaller hit, you'll just feel numb and woozy. Its only takes 5 or 10 seconds to wear off, then you're completely back to normal, with no hangover or aftereffects whatsoever. Its a totally different experience to weed, in every way.

Maybe I'd try it again, but I'm not going to hunt it down. It was cool just to know what its like.

Only after a shedload of the stuff, had a root canal to be done at the dentist and had 45 minutes of the stuff, fuck I was floating never felt a thing.

I haven't done this for years, but we used to sit around and go through 24 packs of the cylinders...next time I'm in the dam, I'll probably get a balloon or two for old times sake...

i went to a lot of smart shops and none had N2O. One guy suggested to go to Blokker or Hema and buy a cream whipper but didnt find there too. Im heading to the mentioned smartshop and see if they still have it.

im celebrating "bicycle day" (the day albert hoffman first tried lsd intentionally and went on a bike ride), this has a lot of personal meaning since acid changed my life long time aga. now i want to try nitrous oxide since it gives a nice punch to a trip. its also my day off work ehehe
