yesterday i was in shepards bush area during the afternoon, and spotted a big bag of scotch bonnets for sale at the market. £1 for about 30 of the bastards, so this afternoon, i decided to make my own moster killer chilli sauce with half of them (the other half are drying at the moment, to make a scotch bonnet powder)

dont know why, but i thought i'd entertain myself by making a cookery video of the sauce i made.

check it out....

How to make the Hottest chilli sauce

the music used is by lemon jelly, the name of the track i forget right now, but its a good 'un.
So..are you from Texas!!
Somehow I can't imagine a Texan into vindaloo. Just me though. I love the stuff, when I can handle it.

The largest city I live near is full of Indian, Middle Eastern and Persian restaurants that serve all that flavorful stuff..but moreover, Texans love spicy..hot whatever! I never really ate these type foods until I moved to Texas.

I have seen ppl eat some "stupidly" hot things here in Texas. We eat quite a lot of really spicy dishes, but I don't think I could handle that scotch bonnet sauce...OMG :P

loved the vid!

Stay safe,
Lexi~

The hotter the better. My freezer is full of chilli's. I generally make a massive pan of the stuff at the beginning of the month and it see me right through till the next. It's a habit I got into while at uni, hard to break I reckon...

Nope, a Phal is the strongest curry in curryhouses, its not on the menu.

Vindaloos however will blow your mind, eaten after about 8 pints is usually good. Only drink cobra with it, other beers are way to gassy to be drunk with a curry that spicey.

lol man! i'm an Indian born in the UK and i get Indian food cooked for me everyday. it's tasty, and spicey... but not as hot as Indian restaurants.
No way.
The restaurants cater for a demand. so if it's vindaloo or scotch bonnet pepper you want- it's your "a" hole that'll be 'paying before laying' people... you all know what i'm talking bout. lol.
i'm with boner on this one.

its actually not really TOO spicy if not used excessively. the flavor is where its at. its got a good balance of pepper spices and vinegar. i was raised on the stuff, its so good. trying to track down an airplane sized bottle so i dont have hot sauce withdrawl.
