yesterday i was in shepards bush area during the afternoon, and spotted a big bag of scotch bonnets for sale at the market. £1 for about 30 of the bastards, so this afternoon, i decided to make my own moster killer chilli sauce with half of them (the other half are drying at the moment, to make a scotch bonnet powder)
dont know why, but i thought i'd entertain myself by making a cookery video of the sauce i made.
check it out....
How to make the Hottest chilli sauce
the music used is by lemon jelly, the name of the track i forget right now, but its a good 'un.
The largest city I live near is full of Indian, Middle Eastern and Persian restaurants that serve all that flavorful stuff..but moreover, Texans love spicy..hot whatever!
I have seen ppl eat some "stupidly" hot things here in Texas. We eat quite a lot of really spicy dishes, but I don't think I could handle that scotch bonnet sauce...OMG
loved the vid!
Stay safe,
Lexi~
