To clarify, i do know what im talking about i fully understand barneys is a tourist trap etc, but this weed is next level. Nothing else on the menu even remotely interested me, just standard skunk to me. Other highlights of my trip were stones martian mean green, grey areas la confidential and hgf's og kush x haze. But still the quasar killed it. Has no one tried it yet?!

I dont think anyones questioning that you dont know what your talking about man, but the general consesus of the forum ( without putting words in peoples mouth sorry if i am.) Is that the weed at Barneys is too expensive the place itself is not the type of atomsphere which is desirable and the service is shit. IMO if this weed is the next level, i would most definatly like to try it, but i think for Barneys to have this next level weed is quite unlikely. This is based on rather extensive ' research ' on their menu from last year and years before that. I appreciate your view, and i hope your right as good weed is always nice to have regardless of the place that sells it. It seems to me tho that this is likely to be a case of good weed being sold at a ridiculos price to people who may not know where the better buds can be found. I am not saying your one of these people, i am simply saying that most in Barneys are new to amsterdam. Which ( going slightly of topic here ) Barneys is quite good at, introducing new comers to the c/s scene. Although it does bend them over a barrel, lube them up and pound away until their eyes water when it comes to their prices.

Just returned from my trip, now im seriously picky with green, but this was prob the best thing i found the whole time...and i tried pretty much every top choice in most places. The taste and high are classic haze, but on steroids. This stuff you can light in a room full of ppl smoking and it turns heads. At 17e a gram though, it needs to be that good. Best weed in adam in my opinion.

As ive already said, similarly to grey areas equatorial sativa, i will pay a bit more for somethin that takes a bit more effort to produce. Still though, i agree wiv everyone regarding barneys and their pricing. Also, me talking about it being the best weed in dam, obviously very subjective. I find it hard to admit that barneys had my fave weed, but im a haze lover. Peace

last year GA had 2 strain selling 16.50 when i was there it didnt stop me from trying it and being very piss off for being rip off for weed that wasnt worth more then 8 euro « yes BB from noon was better!

I think you have two different side's of the argument here.

1. The people who go to Dam 4, 5 times a year and go on a budget sampling the best weed @ the best price.

2. People who go to Dam once a year or even less and to them it's a holiday therefore money is of no object.

Abit like Ibiza the young clubbers will easily go and pay £25 euro for a bottle of water where as the family man on a budget trip wouldn't dream about it.

Myself I go to DAM normally twice a year and to me it's a holiday so generally money is of no object. However, even 17e to me is a little silly will probs split it with some mates and vap the swine.

I get what you are saying mate... I used to be a number 2, I'd go out with 100-250 euros per day, and I'd smoke the lot.

These days though, what with the shite exchange rate I need to watch funds much more. I'm not saying I won't ever buy top shelf stuff, but it'll be a gram not an 8th.

Stones has the same haze i believe, listed as qua haze and funnily enough, its the same price as barneys? Does that change anything?
