Post by adammoreno »

going to the dam 24th feb for 2days and we'll be looking to get out of dam for the first time on the second day. Are choices are Rotterdam or Haarlem so your thought would be gratefull.
also is the weed cheaper here and if so does it effect the quality

Thanks adam

I would go to Haarlem.
The weed was not that good in the Dam this trip might be better when you get there.
Enjoy :D

Harleem, weeds better usually than that in Rotterdam. Keep in mind Rotterdam is also a little bit rough about the edges!

Haarlem for sure.

Haarlem Map edit to get that big picture out of there.

I have posted you on the February Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town during your visit.

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/profi ... le&u=29194

I can change it to a web link, or an email address if you want.

Have a fun trip.

Enjoy

Cheers for the replys guys. I'll have to see what the other lads in my party want do but haarlem looks good to me. The only thing is the c/s in haarlem look really spread out which isnt a problem for me but could be for some of my friends coming. Are the c/s in rotterdam that spread out or are they similar to amsterdam

Haarlem is pretty small.
You wont have to walk that far.

I'll make it real easy on you. Here is a preplanned Haarlem Coffeeshop Crawl.

The only thing I would change is I would hit Birdy just north of the train station first. Great shop I didn't know about in 2005.

Enjoy

Too late now I guess - but I recommend Rotterdam. Urban but Dutch and relaxed. My hotel had a FREE minibar, it was next door to a very reliable CS and about a 100m down the road i had the very fucking best kebab of my life. For about half an hour I was pretty certain I must have been hit by a car and died. Heaven.
