Hey ppl, im off to the Dam again soon and while im there my girlfriend has an audition for a dance school in Rotterdam so i said id head over with her for the day.
So i was wondering if any1 had experience of the Rotterdam c/s scene and had any views on coffeeshops to either stay away from or go to? I cant seem to find any recent info at all, although i have seen that there are quite a number of coffeeshops there. Also, i haven't yet found he time to start learning Dutch yet (although i got a teach yourself beginners dutch set for xmas) and was wondering how much of a problem that is the farther you move away from amsterdam?
Thanx in advance for any replies and thanx to everyone posting generally as im already quite far into planning the amsterdam part of my trip from your recommendations.
Rotterdam. Any recommendations?

i remember going to this place and it still looks open based on a recent review;
https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/SkyHigh.html
and this place was different to say the least;
https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/Pluto.html
both of those are right on the Nieuwe Binnenweg in front of the train station, about a 5 minute walk. english speaking should not be a problem for you, just be polite
