dilema: please help...40th birthday session venue problem

hope i am putting this in the right place.......
I will be hitting the big 40 in july and group of us would like a weekend away,
the thing is we are all smokers and my 40th would not be my 40th if we were not be able to smoke freely, wherever and whenever we wanted to spark up,
there would be a group of approx 10-14 ish of us,
we wouldnt mind camping but feel we would be amongst people who wouldnt appreciate the smells of our wears hitting them all day and all night, we would have music playing, lots of drinking, ball games and daft stuff, as stoners do,
the smell is the problem, some people really dont understand do they, and may even phone the police and stuff, we dont want any trouble, just a nice chilled weekend,
a normal family site is no good cos of the kids and neither is an adult only camp site, as then they just want peace and quiet and are usually old uns who wouldnt appreciate the smoking
we thought our last option would be to ask a farmer if we could use his field but then there would be no electric or toilets, but i am a girl and need my toilets and things i am afraid, it is my 40th after all !!! lol
we would do a log cabin, a boat, a house, a chalet, tents, caravans,
were located in the west midlands but can travel upto 200 miles for the right place
it must be able to accomodate around 10ish people (ALL SMOKERS)
we are a nice crowd and dont mind being amogst like minded people, were not rowdy.... (were smokers,lol) and it will be a mix of male and females.
we have been to amsterdam and love it, (go yearly), but it will prove too expensive july for all of us as flights are £100 each to start with,
so this is our dilema, can anyone thing of anything for us, or know of a spot that would be suitable, or something ??????
