Tbh i dont normally bother, especially with HBW as you have to consume so few seeds, and they actually taste like unsalted peanuts. Also i dont really get any problems with nausea.
I have done infusions with glory's though. It's important to use mineral or distilled water. The chemicals in tap water degrade the alkaloids in the seeds. Some people leave this to infuse for a week or more....
I think that must look and taste rank, and im used to forcing down some disgusting stuff with trying different ethno's. If you crush the seeds up i dont think more than a few hours is really needed. I've had some great effects from just leaving it for 3hrs. That was a great batch of seeds though.
They take 1-2 hours to start work, at first the body load will hit and you may feel a little sleepy, this is also when you may feel queasy. Good bit of advice, comes from the psychedelic experience. If you focus on nausea while tripping it will magnify, direct your focus to the external and the nausea will pass.
Next you may notice some strobing of your vision, you can have great waves of euphoria and contentment, plus the usual with psychedelics, brighter colors, richer sounds, etc etc.
