This is gonna sound crazy but

I wanna find a coffeeshop that plays some Babyshambles, Vampire Weekend, Muse, or The Velvet Underground. Does anyone know a place like that?

Just burn some cd's and take them with you, most coffeeshops dont mind putting something differant on.
