Hiya, I'm off on another trip soon and want to know what the best smoke is for having the giggles, as I used to smoke weed and get the giggles but now I don't, just a faboulous chilled feeling.

it's all about uppity sativa types for your giggles...stay away from the indica...

defo...you need sativa as it sounds like the stuff you've been smoking more recently is indica based/dominant

It makes alot of sense what you have said Echc1 and Smoketaxlitenin, could you or someone please name some Sativa Strains and some Indica, just so others as well as myself may be able to know whats what.

i don´t know much about strains and origins, but if you look for weed that makes you giggle: super silver haze from mellow yellow!

My biggest ever giggling fit came in Mellow Yellow!!! I dunno if it was the weed i was smoking (Blueberry) or the fact that what my friend said was so funny or the weed cookie some american guy had given us to share, i just remember that shop for having a laugh!!!

When I was a kid, soap bar (very low garde UK hash) gave me giggles.

I find for me, its not the strain giving me the giggles, but myself.

The giggles are more of a situational thing to me, than any particular strain.

Example: I'll giggle just as much if I see my friend trip over his own feet regardless of if I smoked a Sativa of an Indica.

Actually for giggles, I would go for a hybrid over a pure sativa. Maybe 60:40, or probably more indica. Why? Well it depends on your personality, Sativa's amplify your minds and thoughts, so usually u will end up talking more, usually things that at the time seem very deep and meaningful, so you would only laugh if something was really funny. Indica's brings out the dope in you, so stupid things that are said or done will bring out hysterical laughter. eg in dam fits of giggles came when the fire alarm in our room went off, then talking about the old lady getting high on our fumes if she came in, then what she would be like stoned etc, then we went on about how ugly an old friend who we hand'nt seen for several years was, and what he should of done to his parents for making him so ugly. Those things bought out so much laughter, and I think at the time we were smoking G13 Haze and Blue Cheese. Night before we were on Barney's laughing Buddha(pure or mostly sativa) and that was mostly serious talking etc. Most important things, are your personality and the company with which you smoke.

Hiya, thanks for all your replies I'm chuffed with the all suggestions and advice please keep them coming, I'll deffo try the laughing buddha in a few weeks and let you know if I pissed myself or not, thanks buddy.
