Tram to Mellow Yellow?

Post by MikeD. »

I am wondering if anyone can tell me the tram I want to take to get from Central Station to Mellow Yellow? I want to start the day there at least once on my trip. (6days till I arrive!!!!) Thanks in advance, as always, for your help.

I believe it's 16, 24 and 25. I took the 16 or 24 regularly on my last trip as they also went through De Pijp. You'll see it on the Combino map above. Coming from Centraal and heading south, you'll travel down Vijzelstraat and Mellow Yellow will be on your left. Don't know the stop north of the shop, but you can get off at Weteringcircuit (a large round-about or traffic circle) and walk back north. At this stop you'll see Heinken and a pancake restaurant in a roundish building. I've also found a nice smoking spot at this stop, down by the canal in the trees.

Thank you so much guys. I am super excited about the impending trip and am so much more comfortable heading to Amsterdam with the insight you have given me. If we ever cross paths, I would love to share a fat one!

November is my next window as well. The wife and I have time off from the 4th until the 14th. If this trip in a few days goes as well as I anticipate, we may be coming back to Amsterdam right before the cup!

I get excited every time I see a Mellow Yellow post. I've said it before, this will be our homebase for the entire trip. we're staying literally 100 meters from MY.

If by "cheese" you mean a couch lock weed, then I am V-E-R-Y excited!!!!!

The Cheeze I got from MY wasn't quite couch locky, and it definitely wasn't hazy. I liked it quite a bit, good for a relaxing day time stone.

Yeah...... we rented an apartment flat on Nieuwelooiers street for about 600e for 7 days. I'm happy with the price and location.

Wake and bake every day at MY before we begin our daily treks.
