Couldn't agree more.
Here's my question... are you able to smoke all the Cup contenders their respective grow shop or coffee shop?

The whole point of going is to taste the contenders.

If I can try the contenders without attending the cup, I won't buy a pass.

Thanks.

I've been the week after the cup, it's a lot less busy and the majority of the cup strains are there for everyone to buy.

last year it worked out for me that the early bird price was 92 gb pounds with the exchange then.......not a huge amount as the "freebies" would have cost more to buy seperate and what i saved thru that way gave plenty o smoke for me and some o the lighters ,t-shirts and all the other guff saved my buying presents to take home....always make a point of abusing the freebies and getting toasted at the expo and accept the free smoke on the buses....strange the way the drivers kept giving me joints, and it is rude to refuse :D do it right and you can enjoy loads without spending much more it's what its there for....if you find something to your taste THEN buy some or go back for another sample or both...you'll still probably blow too much anyway aswell......but its not the amount of smoke or the variety...it's all gone on munchies and cottonmouth repellent and sore feet cure

I think if you spend $250 you should get to vape each cup entry for free. Not buy it with your own cash then judge it.

well - the topic wasn't driven into the ground yet, it is now :D

I stopped in Rookies at opening time once, while on my way to the Rijks. Spoke with the owner for awhile - while pulling on an espresso & gram of Top-44.

He saw costs go up every year, saw the amount of weed expected go up every year, and went around the offices to drop off some entry cash and weed.

He wasn't impressed with the evolution, or the path.

Yeah...from the sounds of it, the whole Cup event has become more of a moneymaker than an cultural experience.

Other than a bus to the event and admission, what exactly does one get for 250$?
