Unfortunately my journey was delayed by 4 hours, so didn't get in until 8pm Not really shocked though, I must be quite jinxed with delays! its funnier after some haze:

Smoke review

Amnesia's haze - CS36 - Very cerebral, fairly strong
La Confidential - CS36 - Strongest and smoothest tried here, 2 spliffs later (one mixed with blueberry) hard to maintain focus, spacing out. Bongs intense.
Blueberry - CS36 - Fruity, mostly uplifting - 1g10EUR

Ok the tunes are quite chilled here in the meeting point early morning. Credit running out, tbc...

Finally made it to a nightclub: Escape. Bouncer wasn't happy with me carrying in a bong, advised me not to use it. The Music was some kind of slow techno (Dubstep perhaps), and the DJ was doing some awesome scratch mixes. Even so, the place was fairly empty on a thursday night.

Next day

Spent the morning with a cool Cali girl, wondering around looking for Dampkring, asking for directions, getting lost. 2 hours later:

Fruitcake - Dampkring - Clear strong uplifting high - 1g12EUR
Waterworks - Dampkring - knocked me out, 1g20EUR

Spent the afternoon in bed, woke up met Andy and Cheech in the meeting piont smoking room. Unable to find my bong in a blue bag. Total number of bongs lost in A'dam: 4. Luckily it was a miniture bong, I still miss it though .

We're off to 420 next, time for some kush perhaps, and a vape ...tbc

In 420 we purchased:

420 kush - Strong, numbing weed
Caramello - Bubbles when hot, strong uplifting high

Cheech also had some laughing buddha, so we had 3 spliffs one of each going round 3 of us. This hit me hard

Back to the meetingpoint, smoking the above in joints also with fruitcake and waterworks ice. Starting to pass out...

nice reports, bummer about the 4 hour delay.. this frustrates me so much when i'm on my way to dam.. all that missed tokin' time dammit!

Yeh the caramello was good, I bought some more of it You can see the tiny bubbles when heated, and the crystals are easily visible. Bud tenders recommendation.

Next day

Last day in the Dam, and my plans revolved around whether or not I could get more cash from a cash point. The answer was yes, so we headed to 420 for some vapes.

Nevilles haze - pure sativa, nice piney taste from the vape, pure cerebral high very nice.

It was a challenge to get Cheech stoned, and I was also quickly building up a tolerance to the weed. .6grams in a vape, 5-6 lung fulls each and even Cheech was enjoying red eye I'm not sure if it was just because we vaped it, but that Nevilles haze hit the spot. Great for a first wake up smoke of the day. Even though Nevilles is served in broken pieces, the strength was still there, and it apparently is always like this.
0.3 of a gram in the volcano vaporiser was enough for 10 lung fulls, with two full bags of vapey goodness. Efficient, tasty and healthy. I'll be writing to Santa this christmas for a volcano!

We followed this up with spliffs of Caramello, Fruit Cake and Northern Lights. By now, everyone was enjoying being totally mashed on various quality weed and hash with the odd philosophical conversation. It was soon time to hit the hostel smoking room.

Meeting point was again a great place to stay, really chilled out with open and friendly visitors. It's no surprise to me that it was fully booked for the weekend. Cheap internet, cheap beer and food, constant stream of interesting and attractive women

On my way to the airport I was upset to find a large joint of super silver haze in my bag, completely forgotten about and crying out to be smoked. It was a damn shame I had no time to smoke it, and so had to commit the crime of throwing it in the bin

We attempted to take some pics of the weed, but neither of our cameras was up to the task of capturing a decent visual. A new camera is another addition to Santa's list!

In total I spent 2 days in the Dam and accomplished very little. I failed to do the MY blueberry deal, check out GA's latest, hire a bike and find the purple kush. Most of my time was spent in 420 or the hostel, but on the plus side my bong turned up

Best smoke: Vaped Nevilles Haze from 420
Second best: Caramello from 420
Also good: Fruitcake from Dampkring
Random note: Volcanoes are good for at least 2 bags of vapour

It was good to meet you again Andy, and also Cheech and Chong. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your stay.

I own a Volcano and get at least three burns per bowl,and that's with commercial weed here.
I realize they tend to use large bags in the. c.s.., but I prefer it when they let me do it myself.
That is my only complaint about 420, that they usually won't let me run it myself, and I've always felt they empty the bowl to fast.

When the wife and I went on our honeymoon to vancouver, the Cannabis Culture shop (i think it's called the Marijuana Book Store) on Hastings had a volcano lounge. We went back 2 years ago and it was still running.

You can't buy your weed there, it's strictly bring your own. But for 5 bucks, they give you a private volcano, a sanitized bag and mouthpiece and show you how to work it. Not to mention a fantastic smoking environment in downtown vancouver. Totally safe and open to any age group (19+ of course).

Great experience and the only two times i've used a volcano (actual brand name one) was there.

Yeah was really great to meet you mate, we had a great laugh, will remember this for years to come! sorry about the joint you found, you shouldda smoked it before your flight! me and Cheech got busted trying to get a free train ride to Schipol! Not a good idea! Be good to meet up again sometime when you go out next, my trip report will follow! Its gonna take ages to write as so much happened but time spend with Lampshade and Soulrider was the best, Meetingpoint Hostel rocks Had some really good times there, and yes its really hard to get me stoned but the vape did the trick! Me and Cheech ended up having a total bidget of 2.50 Euro a day including food money! still had an awesome time though, was one of the best times of my life

How did the train bust go? I must admit, I didn't pay for my train tickets .

Last year on train to Haarlem got busted for no ticket and had to pay full fare.
Got away w/it 5-6 times.
Really didn't realise the first few times, as I was expecting a conductor to come and get fares, but by third time had no excuse.
