be warned
but yah, thats fucked up. I am constantly shocked at how many of our civil liberties we give up without a good enough fight.
subway riders in Chicago willingly consent to random searches.
most people i know havent checked their privacy settings in their facebook acounts, let alone their routers and modems.
not that it really matters. its been pretty much proven that the NSA is deep packet inspecting huge amounts of web traffic with the help of the telecom companies ($$), as outlined in the patriot act.
deny it all you want, but big brother IS watching.

What? i know that they where thinking about this, but i also know that it went to the EU court and it was rejected, i also know that it was due to go to the supreme court in may of this year. I hate our goverment as they make decisions without even asking us what we want. We need a peoples goverment, but that is a pipe dream and will never happen. you do know that they already have the power to tab peeps phones with no warning and if the police want a word witth you, they can track you down with your mobile phone. They can also intercept you mail and now they want to intercept our email as well. What happened to a free country? if we spy we get done, but if they spy it is perfectly acceptable.
But anyway we will have to wait for the supreme courts decision before this one can pass, as the UN and The Geneva Convention has rejected this one already.

"Echelon"
The US Gov't, UK gov't, Canadian gov't, and other governments already can, and do, read your emails.
Moral of the story: Be careful*
Enough said!
* On the other hand, my buddy and I like to fuck with any potential eavestroughers, by peppering our emails with words like "Al-Q*eda", J*had, and so on.
