New user! Hello!

Bit of background, made my first trip to the Dam back in 07, as a realtive novice, spent 3 nights at the MeetingPoint hostel (have never used another hostel since, love the place!), ever since that first trip have vowed that it will be my home one day!

Found the site by accident really, just into planning my next 2 trips this year (summer & november) and came across it on google! Have spent most of today being a shadow and reading through the articles, and found I didn't need to resort to google again! Found everything I needed here!

Now feel compelled to join the community, so, Hello!

Agree totally on the Hostel Meeting point situation. We have a fair few people from the forums who stay there. I finally moved out of the hostel into a room yesterday, but I love the place and so do many others.

Look forward to meeting up when you next come out. I'm normally around 420 or the hostel, even though i've left
