Cheech & Chongs Adventures in the Dam with Lamp & So

Post by Cheech & Chong »

Set off from Colchester about 2:30am for a 30 min walk to town followed by a 2 hour bus ride to Stanstead, Checked in at 5am, Really hyped about my first time in the dam! Arrived at Schipol at 9am, took an age to taxi from the runway to the terminal! Got train to Dam Central and stumbled accross Hostel Meetingpoint wich is where we wanted to stay anyway so we booked and paid for a room and dumped our bags, we headded nextdoor to consious dreams where i got a box of truffles! mmm cant wait to try them! headded outside and noticed coffeeshop 36 about 5 yards away, headded inside, it was empty due to the aerly time we looked at the menu and i got a pure super silver hase and i bought cheech a purple hase joint and a coffee each, we sat down to enjoy our spliffs :) we got chatting to the budtender, he was the nicest guy anyone could hope to meet, he asked if we had smoked in dam before i explained that i hadnt he told me what to expect, he even threw us a couple of biscuits for b'fast! really nice guy. Sat in 36 for a few hours while cheech got some kip at the hostel, i bought a few more prerolled spliffs and a few coffees and a gram of cheese was really nice, got cheech up after a few hours and waited to meet lampsahde, finally after a delay at the airport lamp turned up, great guy, we all got chatting, he said he had trouble finding The Grey Area, went to order another coffee when cheech leaned over to me and said "not being funny mate but i think Lamp is gay, he wants to know where the gay area is" i had to explain that lamp ment The Grey Area, its was so bloody funny! Sat in 36 for a few more hours and smoked some nice bud with Lampshade before heading back to the hostel, sat in the smoking room and met Soulrider, then found out that i had spend nearly 100e was not impressed, that left me like 50e to last 4 days, not good, eventually i blew that and ended up with 2.50e a day, just enough for breakfast!
Day 2
got up had brekkie wich was 3 slices of toast a slice of cheese some jam and a boiled egg, this was my sustance for the next 4 days! headded off to Dampkring but by the time we got there it was packed out, spent the next couple of hours deciding where to go and finally ended up at Hill Street Blues Market where i got a prerolled AK-47 for Cheech and i had a pure prerolled Northen Lights, wasted half an hour sat outside and watched the world go past, went nextdoor to Rock-it and went downstairs to look at the menu, upon looking at vthe prices i realised that i had bugger all money so i said sorry to the bud tender and decided not to buy anything, the budtender was not a happy chappie at all he glared at us as we left, headded back to the hostel where i smoked the rest of my cheese with cheech Lamp & soul me and Lamp sat up thill the early morning smoking allsorts from ice to well i cant remember, but we got fairly mashed.....more to follow soon :)

Day 3
Day 3 was spent milling around the hostel, i found my truffles in my bag and to my dismay they where furry and mouldy and therefore useless, what a waste of 20 euros! anyway we hung around in the smoking room for an hour or two before going for a walk in dam square where cheech nearly got hit by a tram  We then went to Dampkring II it took us ages to find lol after spending my last ten euros on some laughing buddha it was nice but didnt really make me giggly at first me and cheech then went for a walk in dam squarre when the realisation of having no money got to me i couldnt even afford a coffee, i tried to ask cheech what we should do and all he could do was laugh his ass off, i couldnt get any sense out of him, everytime i asked him something he'd just look at me and burst into laughter, the buddha was quite good lol, it started to rain so we headded back to the hostel and headded for the smoking room where we saw Lampshade, he was getting ready to go back home and to my surprise he produced a bag that he'd lost the previous day, he had looked everywhere for it the previous day with no luck so to see it was a surprise, Lamp then gave me a small glass bong as he couldnt take it home with him and me and cheech where gonna be staying for another few days anyway Lampshade, Soulrider, Cheech and i sat and had a good smoke and said our goodbyes to Lampshade, he is a top guy, really enjoied having a smoke with him :D after saying our goodbyes we had a little smoke and i looked out the window and watched the world go on for a bit, cheech was bored so decided to get an early night, after a few more hours of smoking with Soul and other guys in the smoking room the american girl staying in my room wanted to see the red light district so Soul took us for a tour, we had a good walk about for about 40 mins stopping to take a couple of pictures of swans on the canal, we then headded back to the hostel and i went to bed... more soon :P 8)

What possessed you to go to Amsterdam for 5 daze with 150 Euros to spend.
I know the most important thing is to be there .
But going with that amount of dough is just an unneeded head F£ck and is always gonna end in tears .

I did the same on my first visit. Why? Cos no-one told me any better!!

I didn't know how expensive Amsterdam was until after I got there. There's still people here who tell me Amsterdam is cheaper than England, I have to assure them it most definitely is not!!
