I just found this hilarious!
Bradford Crown Court became a ‘High’ Court today when sniffer dogs were brought in to search the building for cannabis.
Officials sent for the animals after a pungent smell began to spread through the courtrooms.
But the dogs did not find anything and investigations into the strange aroma are continuing. The mystery smell had been noticed in some of the courts for days.
One theory was that a member of the public had secretly used the drug and smoke had spread through the air-conditioning system.
The whiff seemed to be dissipating this afternoon.
A courts spokesman said: “We are investigating the cause of the smell.”
He added: “We do have security checks at courts across the country to safeguard public safety and prevent illegal activity.
“All public areas are patrolled regularly and police are immediately notified if someone is using an illegal substance.”
Barrister Stephen Wood, who is working in the courts, said: “The aroma has been very noticeable – but it makes a change from the usual smell of chips in the building.”

But only if they won't share any of it.“All public areas are patrolled regularly and police are immediately notified if someone is using an illegal substance.”
