Thanks for the info Clayman, good to know they can still be acquired if you're polite and act stupid.

Last I read about them was that yes they are illegal, but the dutch government hasn't found a way to enforce the law. Beats me why there's so many "Grey Area's" in the dam, I was never keen on politics! .
